FY 19 June Meeting Minutes

1. Supervisor Corona called the June meeting to order at 1:10pm. 

2. Roll Call, establish quorum 

BOARD of SUPERVISORS: 
☒ Mariano Corona, Chairman, Due to health emergency, via speaker phone with all meeting materials in hand  
☒ Glynn Rutledge, Secretary-Treasurer

3. Motion to approve the February 13, 2019 and April 11, 2019 Board of Supervisor meeting minutes (Smith/Rutledge).  Unanimous.  

4. Motion to approve fiscal year-to-date financial report (Smith/Rutledge). Unanimous. 

 

5. Staff Reports 

    1. OSWCD– Ms. Kuipers gave report. 
    2. NRCS-  None 
    3. FDACS- None

7. New Business 

  1. Motion to request increase of $13,325.00 to re-establish 75/25 cost share agreement with the BOCC (Rutledge/Smith). Unanimous. 2.
  2. Motion to approve information technology upgrades- Office 365 Business Premium, Adobe Pro Standard and eFax services (Rutledge/Smith). Unanimous.
  3. AFCD Annual Meeting- no Supervisor available 
  4. Motion to amend budget to include vehicle purchase of $26,682.00 to this fiscal year and add line item 537.30.52 Operating Supplies to allow for new IT upgrades (Rutledge/Smith). Unanimous. 
  5. Discussion on personnel concerns with the Technician Contract.
